Step 1 – Finding the right land for you.

Is it a sea view plot that you are after or a nice secluded hideaway, perhaps a 4 bedroom family home in the village, whatever your requirements we can find the best plot for you.

We will take you on a land tour individually tailored to suit your own specifications whether it be mountain views, a riverside hideaway or beachfront property we will find the ideal plot you are looking for.

We will then help with the purchasing process and any paperwork that needs doing to make sure your property is 100% legal and cleared for building.

Step 2 – Designing your Dream Home

At CostAnitaVillas we work with some of the best architects and designers on Crete.

We design and build both modern villas and traditional stone houses, with or without swimming pools all built exactly to your own personal requirements.
Whether it’s a Bungalow, 2 Storey Villa, Apartment, Luxury Residence, Rental or Permanent property you’re after our expert designers will help to create your dream home exactly to your specifications.

Once you have completed your design we will bring it to life with floor plans & perspective drawings, followed by computer generated 3D images.
We will introduce you to your own personal site manager who will assist you throughout your build with any questions or alterations that you would like to make. CostAnitaVillas wants to make your building experience in Crete an enjoyable one so your site manager will make daily visits to ensure the construction is of the highest quality and standards.

If landscaping if required CostAnitaVillas can create breathtaking outside areas individually designed according to our customers’ specification.

Step 3 – Interior Design

White marble floors, natural stone or modern wooden interiors, whatever you desire we at CostAnitaVillas will help you to create the ultimate interior for your dream home.

We are more than happy to help you select your personalized kitchen, bathrooms, tiles and fixtures from our high quality ranges.

We also provide assistance with soft furnishings as each home should be individually styled to suit our customers personal taste.

Step 4 - Building Your Home

With all designs approved, construction begins and your villa starts taking physical form. This phase includes excavation and preparation of the land, followed by strong foundations and reinforced concrete works to ensure structural integrity and longevity. Brickwork then defines the shape of your home, while plastering and tiling create smooth, refined surfaces inside and out.

At the same time, all electrical and plumbing installations are carefully completed by qualified professionals, meeting Greek building regulations and modern efficiency standards. High-quality aluminium doors and windows are installed for durability, security, and insulation, while skilled carpenters carry out bespoke woodwork and fittings. The construction phase is completed with the building of your swimming pool and the development of landscaped outdoor areas, transforming the site into a functional and elegant living environment.

Step 5 - Material Importation

We proudly use local workmanship wherever possible, supporting skilled tradesmen and ensuring high construction standards. However, certain premium materials — such as high-quality tiles — are not produced in Greece. Unlike many construction companies, we handle material importation directly.

By importing tiles ourselves from India, we eliminate unnecessary intermediaries and pass the savings directly to you. This approach allows us to offer a wider selection of designs, superior quality materials, and more competitive pricing, while maintaining full control over quality and delivery timelines.
