As a Rentals Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation, advertisement, management and hospitality of our rental villas and apartments. You will have great communication skills at all levels and be able to organise tasks. You will be able to carry out multiple tasks efficiently and with accuracy. The role:

  • Manage all online presence (website, rental platforms such as, AirBnB and VRBO)
  • Update availabilities and prices and check regularly for accuracy
  • Handle all communication regarding a property (customer, guest, maintenance, cleaning, owner, accountants)
  • Prepare reports on performance and finance
  • Welcome guests to the property
  • Carry out property inspections and inventory
  • Carry out meetings with owners and relevant persons
  • Carry out staging and photography
  • Keep an up to date property occupancy calendar
  • Prepare a cleaning schedule and organise with cleaners and maintenance
  • Handle financial transactions and ensure compliancy with regulations
  • Respond to enquiries in a timely manner
  • Write and respond to reviews and feedback from guests

Basic Skills needed:

  • Being able to organise time and tasks
  • Efficient communication skills (email, telephone, face to face)
  • Knowledge of online rental platforms will be an asset
  • Awareness and understanding of key performance indicators such as occupancy and profitability rates
  • Good working knowledge of excel for reporting
  • Responsive and responsible to ensure highest standards of service
  • Attention to detail to ensure compliance and high standards
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Driving licence and vehicle

    • Provide clients with detailed information about properties, including their features, location, and potential value.
    • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, facilitating negotiations and ensuring fair terms and conditions.
    • Present offers and counteroffers, advising clients on the best course of action.
    • Skillfully negotiate contracts and guide clients through the closing process.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients based on trust and exceptional service.

    • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or questions.
    • Act as a reliable resource for clients, offering guidance and assistance throughout the real estate transaction.
    • Provide post-sale or post-rental support, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise.

Market Analysis and Professional Development: Stay updated on local real estate market conditions, trends, and regulations.

    • Conduct comparative market analyses to assess property values and marketability.
