We are opening a new real estate office in Chania and are looking for an organised, motivated Office Administrator / Office Staff Member to support our daily operations and be a key part of our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent organisation, and a proactive mindset. You will work closely with management, clients, and external partners to ensure the smooth running of the office. The role:

Manage daily office operations and administration

Handle communication with clients, owners, partners, and service providers (email, phone, face-to-face)

Manage and update property listings and internal databases

Organise appointments, viewings, and meetings

Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and records
-
Assist with contracts, documentation, and compliance requirements
-
Support marketing activities (online listings, website updates, basic content coordination)

Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)

Coordinate with accountants, lawyers, and other external professionals

Ensure the office is organised, welcoming, and operating efficiently

Respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Basic Skills needed:

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication skills (email, telephone, and in person)

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
