The studios are in a private and quiet location with easy access to the local shops and Tavernas. There is a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area with loads of lovely features and direct access to the front terrace and garden. Every detail of this studio has been carefully thought out with light filled, olive wood shelves and bespoke features throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and suitable for preparing any meal. With it’s amazing location and interior design, this lovely studio would make the perfect winter rental.

*If in the case that a final rental contract is signed for the property, 1 months’ rent in advance and 1 months’ rent as a damage deposit will be payable to the owner up front and an agency fee (commission) of CostAnitaVillas plus VAT will apply.
