We have found a small village house via CostAnitaVillas Agency. It was a nice price. Lovely location. Meike, who was our agent have answer for all our questions. We have paid a deposit to reserve the house. Unfortunately after 4 month of investigation by our lawyer we have faced the problem, that house need to be legalised and we need to wait for it 1 year or more. So we have decided to reject this deal. We are happy that the owner of the agency Mr. Kostas understood us and have refund our deposit back. Thank you for cooperation!

Its has been a very difficult year for everyone involved in buying and selling.  Things have taken a little longer than normal.  However CostAnita Villas have been very helpful and kept us informed of proceedings all the way through.  We are most thankful to Meike, we would recommend CostAnitaVillas and would use them again.

We have recently purchased our property through Costanitas Villas and have to say the whole experience from start to finish was absolutely first class.Our first contact was with phil who is English but based in Crete, as we were then living in Ireland it was crucial we got the right information and we certainly got that from him, in spades, he was instrumental in staying in constant contact, providing photos,information, buying process etc , so by the time we arrived on Crete we had a really good idea of what we wanted and the legal procedure. When we arrived on Crete we were met by Phil and Meike who proceeded to show us a great selection of properties that we had given them our criteria for..They were both excellent at providing background info not just on the propert but of the local areas aswell as this was imortant to us, they seemed almost to be at our beck and call and were very attentive, patient ( Im not the easiest person to please ) and professional in all our meetings. As we are seasoned buyers their advice and guidance was crucial to our decision to buy. Once we had selected our proerty ( which by the way is stunning ) Meike took over with all the negotiating through the seller, lawyers and notarys and all the legal systems thet, if we hadnthad Meikes help would have been very confusing. All questions and queries were asked and answered in a very timely manner making the whole buying process seamless, we did have delays which we expected but they were on the part of the sellers lawyers and engineers, all the team from Costas were on the ball and in front of the game.Buying through Costanitas was a great experience and as there is a very strong family vibe going through the company you are made to feel part of that and at no point was there any hard sell and everything is done at your pace so as to allow you to make the correct decisions.
