The CostAnita Beach house is a stylish and modern way to spend your holidays in the beautiful  sea side village of Almyrida. The bright and airy spaces provide comfort and relaxation by the sea. The house is spacious and can be suitable for couples,  large families, or 2 families travelling together.

The Beach House offers all amenities needed for a holiday. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large open plan living and dinning area and a full kitchen. All spaces are airconditioned, there’s a separate storage and laundry room and all bedrooms have access to balconies/terrace. 2 bedrooms are ensuite. Outside, there’s a courtyard with lounging and dinning facilities as well as a BBQ.

The CostAnita Beach House is situated towards the end of the beach and near the small fishing boat marina of Almyrida. The neighborhood provides a relaxing vibe with beachfront restaurants and cafes at your doorstep. At the beachfront, you will have the opportunity to enjoy water sports, fishing, excursions and trips. The village of Almyrida has super markets, a pharmacy, bakery, car rental and retail shopping, making holidays a real pleasure!

The villa is situated in the sleepy resort village of Almyrida. The closest airport is Chania, which is approximately 40′ drive. There is free on street parking and you can walk easily everywhere in Almyrida from the villa.
