Ground Floor

Cave Style House
A short walk from the main villa you find the unique cave style house that consists of the 2 extra bedrooms and bathroom. The 30 second walk past the pool leads to stone steps that guide you this cave style house. With the same stunning views out to sea and the mountains, this is a real treat for guests staying that want their privacy. With polished concrete floors, 2 very large bedrooms both with patio doors leading to the outdoor space and a stylish bathroom with walk in shower, this is a great addition to the villa.
External Areas
The modern styling is continued outside with luxurious, comfortable sun beds and day bed around the large swimming pool which has a separate children’s section. The terraces immediately around the villa and its pool have been paved in light colored tiles with blue decking. Whilst the garden area immediately surrounding the villa has been paved or decked, the rest of the garden has been left in its natural state. There is an area left of the pool as you look out to sea, that the owners planned to turn into an outdoor kitchen with further shaded and seating area. This has not been done, but is a great option for the new owners
