Entering the property from the quiet street, there is a covered entrance area perfect for storage. Next to it is a storage room that could be transferred into a garage.
From the covered entrance area you enter into a well sized court yard with fruit trees, wine grapes and an olive tree. There is an old stone rain water tank of 7 meters depth and a traditional stone basin for grape stomping.
The house has a nice temperature inside due to the thick stone walls. Entering the house you come into the living room. On the left hand side wooden stairs lead to the bedroom. On the right hand side of the living room you enter into an old traditional kitchen still remaining the old bread oven. You can still find the old wooden tray to prepare the dough and the ceramic „pithos“ (big storage container) which was used to store olive oil.
From the living room there is another room straight ahead which could be turned into a modern kitchen ad another storage room which could be turned into a bathroom.
From a roof terrace that could be build, there are sea views.
The property is in walking distance to the village of Kokkino Chorio with a taverna and mini market. The beaches of Koutalas, and Almyrida are only a short drive away.
