Its a 2 bedroom stone built villa with a two bedrooms  and one bathroom downstairs. just 15 minutes drive to Georgioupolis or Kalyves beach and private parking space for a car. It is located in Tzitzifes village just 15 minutes drive to Kalyves beach and 35 minutes to Chania city center.

The property will be available as a winter rental  from 5th September until 5th of May. Swimming pool will be available to use until 15 November. It is on the market for 900 euros per month and includes. Included the monthly price rent, there is a cleaner that comes every 15 days for cleaning, changing towels and bed sheets.

The electricity and the heating is not included in the rental price. The tenant has to pay 1 month rent as  as a deposit and one month rent in advance. The electricity and the heating expenses will be deduct from the deposit and the difference will be paid back top the tenant.

The heating system of the property is with a pellet burner. The amount for the heating will also deduct from the deposit.

In additional to the ground floor house the new tenant will be able to rent  with 200 euros extra one of the studio apartments on the first floor that comes fully equipped kitchen and air-condition that can a be used for both cooling & heating.
