This 1st storey apartment is situated in the centre of the popular village of Vamos. There is a private balcony overlooking the main square of Vamos and a large roof top terrace with views across the village to Suda Bay and the beaches beyond.

As you enter the apartment you come into the large kitchen and dining area. The apartment has been freshly painted but is still undergoing some renovation works. From the kitchen you pass through to the light filled living area which has access to the front balcony via the 2 sets of double french doors. The living room is very spacious and from here there is direct access to the outside terrace area with sea views.

The main bathroom for the house is just down the hallway from the living room where there are shower and bath facilities.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one being situated off the lounge room to the rear of the property.

The 2nd double bedroom has access to the front private balcony overlooking the main street of Vamos and the traditional village square.

The roof top terrace overlooks the village with views across the valley towards the mountains and Suda bay. The terrace space is a great size and combined with the front balcony they both offer a variety of different seating areas with room for outside dining, sun beds and a BBQ area.

The apartment is in the centre of the traditional village of Vamos which has a bank, pharmacy and selection of cafe’s, shops, bakery and Tavernas.
