A beautiful quiet location, set on the hill of Gavalochori. This villa offers views of the sea and the quaint, traditional village of Gavalochori. A perfect spot to unwind and take in the charm of Crete.

Inside the villa has traditonal Cretan features, such as the high wooden vaulted ceilings, coupled with all modern appliances and comforts. The ambiance is truly pleasing.

The open plan kitchen dining, gives a lovely sense of space. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the appliances you could need. It also has a delightful  outside terrace on which you can enjoy your alfresco meals while you absorb the calming scenery. This leads to the comfortable living room which has a fireplace, ideal for the cooler evenings at the beginning and end of the season. Above the living room is a mezzanine level with a single bed.

There is one double bedroom which is large and light with fitted wardrobes. There is also a  twin bedroom. The villas boasts not only a full size bathroom with a bath but also separate showeroom. Therefore the layout is very suitable for families.

The outside pool area makes for perfect relaxation. While reclining on the sunloungers taking in the atmosphere and stunning views.

The traditional village of Gavalochori is only a short drive away. Here you feel as if you have really stepped back in time. It has a bakery and a couple of mini-markets. There are also a couple of exceptional tavernas. It has a folklore museum which shows us of a time gone by, with the ‚old‘ ways of working in the past. A short drive away you will also find the Venetian Wells.

The next village to Gavalochori is Almryida, which is a delightful beach resort. Here the tavernas and cafes are dotted along the shoreline. The joy of eating your meal while listening to the gentle lapping of the shallow waves, or watching your children play is what makes our holiday memories. Almyrida has ATMs, a bakery,chemist, mini-markets and shops a taxi rank and bus service.  There is also a two hour boat trip from the harbour which hugs the coastline and offers snorkelling. For the more adventurous there is a watersports centre offering windsurfing and kayaking. Also there is a dive centre.
